Fostering Water Innovation in Scotland

In this issue we highlight the role technology has in the asset management within the water sector and the opportunities for technologies which offer solutions to a wide range of asset related challenges. UK water assets include over 9,000 sewage treatment works and 2,500 water treatment works valued at over £200 billion.

This issue will also discuss the the services offered by HNWIS, its network of support and some examples of support that HNWIS has provided since the launch of the service in November 2015.

We look at the important area of trialing technology and provide some guidance and finally we report on past and future events, opportunities for funding and engagement with water companies as well as topical news.
